Don’t worry… it’s coming soon! In the meantime, let’s revisit that Craigslist story I shared a few months back.

First, a couple things.

1 –  I discovered the coolest app for second-hand furniture shopping thanks to my sister-in-law. It’s called OfferUp and you can download the app to your phone or browse online. Basically, it’s a digital commerce place making local buying and selling of used goods easier and safer. I like to think of it as a sort of Craigslist meets Ebay, with the simplicity of Craigslist and the buyer/seller accountability of Ebay. You can make counter-offers, leave and read buyer/seller reviews, and browse by your specific location. So, yeah. My second-hand furniture shopping addiction has officially intensified.

2 –  (And this one is a bit embarrassing.) I dreamt about thrifting the other night. I’m talking deep slumber dreaming in which I imagined a specific narrative involving me thrift store shopping for very particular items. What’s even worse is that when I woke up I thought, “I should totally go thrift for that!”. No joke. This goes deep.

Needless to say, today’s post seemed appropriate.

One last note… I’ve changed the name of this series for both of the reasons above. I clearly don’t just shop Craigslist! So, I’m harkening back to a series I used to publish on my old blog, Hilary Inspired, called TAKE TWO.
